Answering Questions

First, great job Paige!! She discovered that Nova Scotia means "New Scotland" in Latin. Nice investigating!

Somehow the comments are all being posted under the very first test post. Be sure to click the comment tag under the post you want to respond to. If you have, and it still doesn't work, let me know. We want to know how to do this before I leave. Speaking of that someone wanted to know when I will be gone. I will be gone May 2 - May 15. I'll be back in class on the 16th.

Someone also asked about the weather. I think it will be very much like WI. If you look at a globe or a map, the two places are between the same lines of latitude. However, Nova Scotia is surrounded by water. It might be a little colder.

Lorlei wants to know about exotic animals. I don't know about that, but it would be something for us to research. We'll be doing an animal report soon.

Thanks for checking in and commenting!
